What does a meeting from your next event really cost?
Put in the event and your booth fee. The audit works out the all-in cost, how many senior conversations a booth can realistically have, and what each meeting ends up costing compared with outbound.

Booth only vs booth + pre-event outbound
What to do
How this is worked out
- All-in cost = booth fee × 2.47. Booth space is 40.5% of total exhibiting spend (CEIR, How the Exhibit Dollar Is Spent, 2026).
- Booth capacity = staff × exhibit hours × 4 interactions an hour (Competitive Edge rule of thumb) × 39% qualified (CEIR, 2015).
- Audience = attendance × senior share × share a booth realistically reaches. Attendance and exhibitor counts come from organisers where published; the reach share is our assumption.
- Typical outbound cost per meeting: Profitbl Cybersecurity Cost Per Meeting Benchmarker (indicative).
- Pre-event booking and opportunity rates: Vendelux (vendor claims); show rate from one Accelevents case study.
